The IOR project addresses challenges related to the posting of workers within the EU. It aims to improve the accessibility, transparency, and quality of information about employment terms and conditions across Member States. The project focuses on enhancing the implementation and correct application of EU laws regarding worker postings.
The project targets workers, companies, social partners, liaison offices, and public authorities in the agriculture, care, and construction sectors. It involves balanced participation from both sending and receiving countries, including Spain, Czechia, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Bulgaria.
Actions within the project include establishing a Network of Advisers, organizing steering committee meetings, developing working guidelines, creating an information portal, and conducting dissemination and informative seminars. The project’s results will be available in the target groups’ languages, and outreach specialists will work to disseminate these results. The IOR project aims to facilitate the transnational exchange of information and good practices, with a sustainable impact extending to non-EU countries, including candidate countries.
