What we do

We work to plan, develop, and promote training and qualification actions for workers to create and improve employment in an economically sustained and sustainable environment.

Our management is guided by a commitment to continuous improvement, in safe work environments that are respectful of the environment.

Our objectives

– Contribute to the improvement of working conditions by intervening in the permanent training of workers. Special attention will be paid to creating and improving employment opportunities for immigrants and other groups with special difficulties accessing the labor market.

– Help define the training and qualification needs of workers and professionals based on social demands, regional, technological, and economic development.

– Promote the development of the independent trade union movement.
